The Broadway Master Class Series excludes all warranties, either express or implied (including, but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality or freedom from hidden defects).



In no event shall The Broadway Master Class Series be liable for any damage arising, directly or indirectly, from the use of the information contained on this web site including damages arising from inaccuracies, omissions or errors.



Any person relying on any of the information contained on this web site or making any use of the information contained herein, shall do so at its own risk. The Broadway Master Class Series hereby disclaims any liability and shall not be held liable for any damages including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential damages including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or other loss.

The Broadway Master Class Series and/or its instructors, associates, administrators, employees or our Utilized Facilities for the purpose of holding a Broadway Master Class Series Workshop or Performance and/or the Utilized Facility’s instructors, associates, administrators or employees are not liable for personal injuries occurring during class time, free time, lunch time, rehearsals, performances on or off the premises, being utilized for the purpose of executing The Broadway Master Class Series services or any unforeseen or unmentioned events.  Students and/or parents/guardians are individually responsible to inform The Broadway Master Class Series administrators of any physical limitations, which may prevent full participation in all Broadway Master Class Series activities. 

I further understand that The Broadway Master Class Series and/or its instructors, associates, administrators or our Utilized Facilities for the purpose of holding a Broadway Master Class Series Workshop or Performance and/or the Utilized Facility’s instructors, associates, administrators or employees are not liable for loss of or damage to personal property.



I further give The Broadway Master Class Series and its chosen photographer, to be determined at a later date, permission to capture and publish my and/or my child’s photograph in printed publications, advertisements or on The Broadway Master Class Series website without compensation or right to ownership, for the sole use by The Broadway Master Class Series.  As part of our Youth Protection Policy, at no time will the name of any student of the Broadway Master Class Series be placed in printed publications, advertisements or on The Broadway Master Class Series website or in conjunction with their picture, without the express written consent of the parent or legal guardian.



 

 

* Registration Fee is non-refundable AND due with either the "Paid In Full" Tuition option, "1st Payment Installment" option, or the "Early Bird Deposit" option, where applicable. 

 

** Tuition is 100% refundable anywhere from "3 to 8 weeks" prior to the start of the 1st day of the scheduled BroadwayMCS Workshop (based on specific workshop the student is attending - please refer to your specific workshop "Details"), after which a 50% cancellation policy will remain in effect, up to 14-21 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays) prior to the start of the 1st day of the scheduled BroadwayMCS Workshop. At which point the Tuition Fee will be Non-Refundable, without a doctors note.
